I thought I would add my experience with this problem to add any help this solution may provide as my cure has been different to those quoted so far. Update: The user was able to add an appointment to a calendar via OWA. I am not able to figure out the common denominator in each of these cases. Not the same person every time, truly intermittent. I have several machines with Outlook 2003 and they have a problems adding an appointment to 2010 calendar. I have not tried to add an appointment in OWA, but that's a next step I have spent a lot of time researching this and have not had any luck finding any answers.Ĭache Mode is disabled for most of our users I don't think this is a permissions issue since it works most of the time. Closing Outlook and reopening will correct the issue sometimes or a reboot, which is becoming annoying to our users. We applied Office SP1 thinking this might help, but it didn't. Sometimes our users are able to add appointments to shared user calendars and sometimes it's greyed out and they are not able The problem we are having is a little more intermittent. We are having a similar problem in our corporate environment.
